Travel insurance premium may also be paid by check OR credit card and is also nonrefundable. Current US/Irish departure taxes and fees are $121pp, subject to change... *see note below in red Click here for a day-by-day itinerary of our 2010 tour! For a great road map of the country, simply click here! *This tour has a 100% cancellation penalty - that is, it is completely NONREFUNDABLE(thus the travel protection insurance!). Why is the insurance mandatory? Even in the very unlikely event that you have medical insurance that will cover you in Ireland for accident/illness, etc, that insurance will NOT cover you should you have to cancel for such reasons prior to departure! Your medical insurance will also NOT cover you if you have to cancel due to a pre-existing condition of any kind (or such a situation with a traveling companion or immediate family member) OR if the Tour Operator (Sceptre Tours) or the Airline Carrier (Aer Lingus) defaults financially or fails to operate, causing the tour not to depart! We therefore will decline to accept any group passengers who for whatever reasons opt not to purchase such coverage...It is for YOUR protection as well as ours! Thanks for understanding... Here is a basic premium chart based on the above (as of 1/2010). For premium purposes, the per person trip cost is in the $1501 to $2000 range: Here is a basic premium chart based on the above:
(Above rates do not include an $8 insurance company one-time policy service fee) **Concerned about possible work schedule conflicts that might arise down the road? You can add cancel for work reasons coverage for an additional $24 per adult. All adult parties on the policy must have this add-on. Please contact Travel Insured directly at 866-684-0219 with any questions related to this or other coverage issues!** Click here for exact coverage details from Travel Insured Name changes/passenger substitutions are considered cancellations and are thus subject to airline penalty/fees and cannot be made after final payment!!! As usual, we'll have a local coach from Bloomfield to Boston/Logan at cost, our world-famous document party...and a great time once again!! Thanks for considering it! Note: Itinerary subject to change, per the weather and at tour directors discretion.
