D&D Travel presents a look at Goldmine Brook Falls, Chester, MA...We hope you enjoy!     [HOME]

The falls are reached via an obscure uphill trail along MA Route 20, 8/10th of a mile beyond the Chester town line sign when heading west... Park on the right in a gravel pull-out, cross the road and go about 30 feet to an almost-hidden set of rock steps on the left. Follow the path, with the brook on the right, to where it levels off. You'll see the lower falls first, which are really not accessible. Continue a few feet further to the lovely upper falls seen here. As long as it's been a bit dry, you can navigate the boulders down to the base of  the upper falls and photograph them as you see above and below. Be careful, but enjoy!!! The plunges are well worth the visit. - D&D

New England has some great waterfalls...Watch for more images from Northern New England in the coming months! Thanks for visiting...
